### What problem does this PR solve?
The external regression suites can fail before exercising their intended
behavior: the TVF fixtures exist in the repository but are absent from the
configured object store, the Iceberg binary-column golden treats a required
field as nullable, and the Paimon HMS suite uses an unrecognized GCS filesystem
flag.
- Upload the two checked-in TVF fixtures to per-run object keys before
querying them. Preserve the column-collision exception and both JSON result
checks; delete only the run's objects and close the S3 client in cleanup.
- Regenerate the Iceberg `desc_before` expectation so the required `digest`
field is non-nullable. Keep the nullable expectation after `ALTER ... NULL` and
all nested-field, write, and Spark comparison checks.
- Use `fs.gcs.support` for the explicit GCS-provider cases, retaining both
credential-property variants.

### Check List (For Author)
- Test:
- [x] Regression test
- [x] Manual test
- Behavior changed:
- [x] No product behavior change.
- Does this need documentation?
- [x] No.
Validation:
- Used FE/BE build `6ca5ef36d8`, matching the failing build, to reproduce
both original TVF failures and the Iceberg `desc_before` mismatch.
- Ran the three complete regression suites after the changes: 3 passed, 0
failed, 0 skipped. The Iceberg run includes Spark read-back; the TVF runs
retain the original exception and both JSON result assertions.
- Generated the Iceberg output with `run-regression-test.sh -forceGenOut`,
then reran in normal comparison mode. Only the initial `digest` nullability
cell changed.
- Verified the two per-run fixture objects were deleted after execution.
- Loaded the actual GCS directory plugin and checked both `gs.*` and `s3.*`
credential variants: the old flag reproduces unsupported `gs` resolution; the
corrected flag binds GCS and resolves `S3AFileSystem`. This is a plugin
binding/filesystem-resolution check, not a full remote Paimon HMS/GCS read.
- Regression framework build and its 50 tests passed; `git diff --check`
passed.
