Review Comment:
   [P2] Apply the execution selector when copying captured values

   With `short_circuit_evaluation=true`, consider `Project(IF(id=1,
array_sorted_merge((a,b)->IF(a=b AND a<lim,a,NULL), l,r,true), CAST([] AS
ARRAY<INT>))) -> Scan(id,lim,l,r)` and one block containing `(0,0,[1],[1])`
followed by `(1,2,[1],[1])`. `ShortCircuitIfExpr` passes the original block and
selector `[1]` to this branch. The arrays correctly read selected row 1, but
this cut uses compacted `row=0` on the original captured `lim` column, so row 1
returns `[1,1]` instead of `[1]`. Apply `expr_selector` to captures too, or cut
the original selected row index. This is a distinct defect in the newly added
row-copy code: the earlier capture thread concerned missing bindings/incorrect
column positions, while ordinary table captures now work and only nonidentity
row selection triggers this wrong result. Add a two-row conditional-evaluation
regression with different captured limits.
