agreed and applied in
801bea1 — the separate `supports_paimon_rust_vector_reader` field and all its
FE/BE plumbing are removed; the vector gates reuse
`supports_paimon_rust_reader`
(the bit ships in no released version, and the rust reader and the vector
protocol ship in the same release, so no deployed BE can report the bit
without the vector protocol).
