## What changes Selecting a site language now keeps ordinary pages and navigation in that language's URLs when a body falls back to English. This PR combines global-language tasks T02–T05: native identity-based URL resolution and manual preferences, build-time page body selection, desktop/mobile language links, and manifest-based SEO/sitemap decisions. The 21 React pages have explicit dependency/message inventories and 84 target decisions. The seven existing ja/ko/ru marketing translations remain compatible, unverified published inputs; other target pages use an English body with a localized notice. Native docs, blog posts, footer and MDX links share the routing boundary. Fallback URLs stay navigable but are excluded from translated indexing. Unknown paths return real localized 404s on Apache and publish preview; known historical redirects remain intact. ## Validation - Final checks are running against the committed candidate: i18n/publish/security tests, nine real fixture locale builds, five real landing locale builds, SSR/metadata checks and Chromium navigation/theme checks. - Typecheck retains the existing baseline diagnostics; it is not reported as passing. - Full optimized five-language/all-active-version CI is required before acceptance. No time-zone redirects, translation generation, schedules, production deployment or automatic merge are enabled here. Full blog aggregate/feed adoption remains T14; non-English aggregates are noindex and localized feeds stay disabled until that policy is implemented. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
