Fixed in 04a4a97c125. DISTINCT MAP aggregates now reject recursively nested
spatial values in FE before lowering. Added both-kind, endian, NULL and
agg_phase=3/4 regression coverage; ordinary DISTINCT and nondistinct
ordinary-key spatial values remain supported. FE tests and the Iceberg
regression passed.
