### What problem does this PR solve?
Related PR: #59866
Problem Summary:
PR #59866 added `LikeFastPath` to `like_fn_scalar`, so common LIKE patterns
do not need regex compilation. But `FunctionLike::like_fn` (the vector batch
function) was left as it was, and it still goes directly to
`convert_like_pattern` and `regexp_fn`.
this PR makes `FunctionLike::like_fn` use the existing vector fast-path
methods (`constant_allpass_fn`, `constant_equals_fn`,
`constant_starts_with_fn`, `constant_ends_with_fn`, `constant_substring_fn`),
so regex compilation and matching are skipped for non-literal and
runtime-constant patterns.
