Merging #4501 and #4504 fills the two remaining Changelog / Table Stream document gaps. Regenerating Key Features changes its Japanese description and Korean title/description, so the existing shared generated-file digest correctly makes all three P04 locale records need review. Refresh those three source digests after reviewing the actual merged card data and all 141 backing documents. Record machine review for Japanese/Korean P04 and bind the Russian recheck to the same merged source. Preserve publication states, target digests, dictionaries, card identities, links, tags and order. Update the maintenance paragraph to reflect the merged dependencies and explain subsequent source review. Validation: - All 47 × 3 backing documents are native `current` with valid recorded source/target hashes and machine review. The two existing inline-token-order warnings were reviewed and remain recorded in their original document states. - The generator diff is restricted to the Japanese Changelog description and Korean Changelog title/description. English/Russian card arrays and every technical link/tag/ID remain equal. - Manual drift report: pending 3 → 0; shared UI ready. All 21 product-page locale records now have machine review. - 19 focused marketing/manual-report tests pass. - Five-language real Dev build passes on source `39e4e90aa39f705a2b2853a700f0ea112da98afa`: 34,198 optimized files, 34,755 redirects and 79,520 compiled asset references verified. The only later commit updates the maintenance prose; the page-state and verifier blobs are identical. The default complete product-page verifier passes on that artifact: 35 language routes, 560 theme/layout checks, 22 interaction groups, zero document gaps and zero browser/hydration errors. No fallback-audit option was used. Public closure still requires this follow-up merge, its production source/asf-site identities and the actual published pages. ## Versions Site-level page-state maintenance.
