The cloud_p0 run on 719596f06db reported one new (non-muted) failure: `mtmv_p0.test_mtmv_base_partition_read_scope` at the compensated-month explain check. The rewrite itself was produced -- the explain showed `MaterializedViewRewriteSuccessButNotChose: ...pct_month_mv not chose` -- but the CBO answered from the base table, so the check that requires the chosen plan to be the union failed. The case held one row per month, so the union read exactly the rows the base plan read plus a union node and the cost model had no reason to pick it. Fixed in 0e4b0615d7a: the kept month now carries 10000 zero-valued rows before the refresh, the same way the other union-shape checks in this suite stabilize their kept partitions. The view's branch then replaces that scan with one pre-aggregated row, and the filler sums to zero, so the expected rows are unchanged. The suite passes locally. The other three failures in that build (`query_p0.hint.multi_leading`, `metrics_p0.test_delete_bitmap_metrics`, `nereids_rules_p0.partition_prune.prune_predicates_mv_test`) are muted tests and unrelated to this change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
