Pushed `58c2f039bf9`: this PR no longer reads the metadata of the reverted Lance index job framework. The op 500 (`OP_LANCE_INDEX_JOB_UPSERT`) tombstone and the `lanceIndexJobManager` deprecated-module entry are removed, with their two tests in `Legacy415LanceUpgradeTest`. Only builds carrying #67235 wrote them, and #68781 reverted #67235 on branch-4.1 and branch-4.2 before any release (among the release tags only 4.1.5-rc01 has the writer).
