Fixed in d5444c916e42. getViewText() and getSqlDialect() now call the common
getIcebergView() method, which wraps the live view load in
withMissingTableRepair(). The SELECT binding view-text entry, real SHOW CREATE
helper, and dialect read are covered; a real MetaCache test publishes a
same-name replacement before the old NoSuchViewException returns and verifies
its object and numeric ID survive. Validation: 93 selected FE unit tests plus
FE build and Checkstyle passed. The absence response is mocked; no live
REST/SQL integration claim.
