Documentation pages displayed a second language selector below the global navbar, and community docs used a separate search/sidebar layout. Keep language selection in the global navbar and reuse the Dev/4.x documentation layout for community docs, including horizontal sections, search, scoped sidebars, and the mobile drawer. Community navigation now has two sections: - **Community:** About the Community, How to Contribute, and **How to Release** (renamed from Release). - **For Contributor:** Development & Debugging, Design Documents, and the existing Improvement Proposals link. All 52 community document destinations and the external Improvement Proposals destination are preserved. Update Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian navigation labels, and extend the static navigation verifier to require community section navigation. ## Versions - [x] dev - [x] 4.x - [x] 3.x - [x] 2.1 or older (not covered by version/language sync gate) Language-selector cleanup applies to the shared documentation UI across versions.
