   ### What problem does this PR solve?

   Issue Number: N/A

   Related PR: #69176 #69132

   Problem Summary:

Backport the Iceberg whole-file metadata DELETE feature from #69176 and the
MaxCompute regression cleanup from #69132 to `branch-4.2`.

   - #69176: branch-4.2 still uses the legacy Iceberg FE planner instead of the
newer connector/SPI architecture. This adapts the feature semantically rather
than cherry-picking it: `DELETE` first tries an exact whole-file metadata
delete, using 4.2's writable-table generation, Kerberos FileIO,
pending-cancellation handoff and snapshot fencing. Unsupported predicates,
partial files, existing delete files, V1 tables, cancellation and concurrent
snapshot changes fall back to the unchanged row-level DELETE path.
   - #69132: retry `USE` after `CREATE DATABASE` in MaxCompute write cases,
trim repeated MaxCompute regression matrices and matching `.out` files, while
preserving the branch-4.2-only non-partitioned-table truth gate. The
master-only `test_mc_limit_split_optimization.groovy` file is absent on
branch-4.2, so no equivalent hunk is required.

   ### Check List (For Author)

   - Test
       - [ ] Regression test
       - [x] Unit Test
       - [x] Manual test (add detailed scripts or steps below)
       - [ ] No need to test or manual test. Explain why:
           - [ ] This is a refactor/code format and no logic has been changed.
           - [ ] Previous test can cover this change.
           - [ ] No code files have been changed.
           - [ ] Other reason

     Local verification:
       - FE full compile passed on latest `apache/branch-4.2` (`6b2a7d87603`).
       - Targeted JUnit: 20 tests passed, 0 failed
(`IcebergMetadataDeleteTest`, `IcebergDeleteCommandTest`, pending-cancel
`StmtExecutorTest`).
       - Changed Java files passed Checkstyle.
       - MaxCompute retained `qt_*` tags were checked against their `.out`
blocks. The remote MaxCompute suites were not run locally because the required
project credentials are unavailable; CI will run them.

   - Behavior changed:
       - [x] Yes.
       - [ ] No.

   - Does this need documentation?
       - [ ] Yes.
       - [x] No.

   ### Check List (For Reviewer who merge this PR)

   - [ ] Confirm the release note
   - [ ] Confirm test cases
   - [ ] Confirm document
   - [ ] Add branch pick label
