### What problem does this PR solve? Problem Summary: Identity projections still execute expressions and publish shared columns, losing the opportunity to return idle column capacity to the producer. Mark eligible OLAP scan, select, aggregation, and sort projections in FE, then swap blocks in Scanner and Operator to bypass expression execution and reuse column capacity.
