### Problem Summary
`LanceScanNode` already pushes the TVF `filter` to the BE via
`externalSearchRequest.searchFilter`, but EXPLAIN never surfaced it. If the
FE
ever drops the filter, the query still returns correct results yet silently
degrades to a post-filter, and the plan gave no signal.
### Solution
Print `lanceSearchPushdownFilter=<sql>` in the `LanceScanNode` EXPLAIN
output so
operators can confirm the pre-filter took effect without running the query,
and
add a regression assertion for it.
