### What problem does this PR solve?

### Problem Summary:
Add experimental Kafka share-group ingestion through "kafka_consumer_type" =
"share", allowing reader concurrency beyond the partition count.
Provide at-least-once delivery by accepting records only after Doris
commits, releasing failed or unprocessed records, and discarding consumers
after acknowledgement failures. Duplicates remain possible; recovery depends on
Kafka retention and delivery-attempt limits.
Supports non-cloud, single-table jobs using Kafka Share Consumer.
