CI note: the current CheckStyle failure is in the master baseline. `ExplainTableStreamPlanTest` defines the identical `normalizeStreamRead` helper twice (lines 394 and 843), triggering OverloadMethodsDeclarationOrder; Java compilation would also reject the duplicate signature. This PR does not modify that file, and its branch passes FE core and ES connector Checkstyle. The duplicate-helper removal is already included in #69671.
