Addressed review round 1 in f2b97b11731. - 4414291784: the timestamp marker walk now accepts an ID-less wrapper at every depth, as `TableColumnMapper` does, so an INT96 timestamptz leaf under a nested ID-less struct reads as an instant, and an equality key through that path compares as one too.
