Validation update for c250b82d25793256a924e7adfa74f978129e5d3c: - The three original findings and the follow-up nested-bound/queued-accounting findings are fixed and their threads are resolved. All changed production objects compiled in DEBUG. Focused clang-tidy safety/analyzer checks and complexity checks for the added code passed; clang-format 16 and diff checks passed for the full 21-file PR. The complete clang-tidy preset remains affected by existing core/types.h NOLINT pairing and unchanged test complexity diagnostics. - Fresh focused runtime UT has **not executed yet**: the complete test binary is still being built with run-be-ut.sh in DEBUG. The filter includes HLL, Nullable(TINYINT), exchange and Arrow conversion tests. I will update this comment with the executed result. - Current-head [P0 1085924](http://43.132.222.7:8111/viewLog.html?buildId=1085924), [cloud_p0 1085926](http://43.132.222.7:8111/viewLog.html?buildId=1085926) and [External 1085925](http://43.132.222.7:8111/viewLog.html?buildId=1085925) stopped before tests because compile_result/69682_c250b82d25793256a924e7adfa74f978129e5d3c.tar.gz was absent (OSS NoSuchKey). P0 reported NO COMPILE OUTPUT and automatically triggered [Compile 1085931](http://43.132.222.7:8111/viewLog.html?buildId=1085931), whose revision is verified as this exact head and which is still running. The earlier successful Compile 1085822 was for f17eb83b138b, not this head. - Vault 1085927 reports success but explicitly skips branch-4.2; it is not an executed regression-test pass.
