[fix](website) Improve navbar Ask Me icon contrast (#4551)
The navbar Ask Me sparkle uses the brand primary color, which nearly
disappears against the dark navbar in themes such as Steel Cyan. Set its
fill to `currentColor` so it inherits the button's theme-aware text
color.
## Validation
- Docusaurus landing-page development compilation passed.
- Sass compilation passed.
- Programmatic icon/background contrast checks passed for all eight
brand themes; the lowest contrast is 4.57:1 in the normal button state.
- `git diff --check` passed.
## Versions
Not applicable: this is a shared navbar style change.
## Languages
Applies to every locale through the shared component.
