MTMVPartitionDefinition.analyzeAndTransferToMTMVPartitionInfo() stores the
date_trunc source column in mvPartitionInfo.partitionCol (for PARTITION
BY(day_ts) over date_trunc(ts, 'day'), that value is ts), while
usesUtcTimeZonePartition() searches the MTMV output columns for that name. A
definition that projects only date_trunc(ts, 'day') AS day_ts therefore returns
false here, leaves the DDL zone (for example +08:00) in the persisted session
map, and later refreshes the row under that zone even though
MTMVPartitionExprDateTrunc created UTC-aligned partition boundaries. The
refresh can fail to find a partition or route the row to the wrong day.
Determine the type from mvPartitionInfo.getPctInfos()/the related base
partition column (or the analyzed partition expression) and add a regression
for this aliased shape, including REFRESH AUTO.
