Rebased onto master 339e087b11f. The only conflict was in `ConnectorPluginSurfaceTest`: #69835 took connector plugin API 26.0, so this PR now moves `connector.plugin.api.version` from 26.0 to 27.0 (the test, the pom, the first commit's message and the description follow); the other six commits are unchanged. Local, on the rebased head: `InsertUtilsTest`, `RewriteDefaultExpressionTest`, `RowLevelDmlCommandTest`, `ConnectorWriteSchemaUtilsTest`, `ExternalRowLevelUpdatePlanBuilderTest`, `ExternalRowLevelMergePlanBuilderTest`, `ChangelogRowLevelDmlTransformTest`, `PluginDrivenExternalTableTest`, `PositionDeleteRowLevelDmlTransformTest`, `PhysicalPlanTranslatorIcebergRowLevelDmlTest`, `DeleteFromCommandTest`, `UpdateCommandTest`, `IcebergConnectorTest`, `HiveConnectorMetadataSiblingDelegationTest` and `ConnectorPluginSurfaceTest` pass (180 tests), with checkstyle on fe-core and the spi, iceberg and hive connectors. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
