Review Comment:
   [P1] Match values indexes case-insensitively

   CREATE TABLE accepts index column identifiers case-insensitively, but
`translateToCatalogStyle()` keeps the original `cols` spelling and the new
`getInvertedIndexes()` compares it with `column.getName()` using `equals`. Thus
a valid table with `V VARIANT` and `INDEX values_idx(v) ...
variant_index_scope=values` persists an index that
`hasVariantValuesIndex()`/`getVariantValuesIndex()` cannot see. `V MATCH_ANY
...` is then treated as a non-values root, so the declared index is not used
(and with residual fallback disabled the query fails). Compare names
case-insensitively or persist canonical column names, and add a mixed-case
root-MATCH regression.
