基于当前 `d0e527150716`，建议保留现有读取接入和完整范围回退，重点调整三点： 1. **按相近读取大小比较实际耗时。** `latency_per_block_us()` 按字节比例折算，可能把小读误判为慢读。例如块大小 1MiB 时，本地 4KiB/0.1ms 被折算成 12.8ms，可能输给远端 1MiB/1ms 的历史样本。建议采用简单的大小分组。普通 miss 样本可以保留，但应按单次实际远端读取的大小和耗时采样，避免把多次调用的累计值当成一次读取；写回不在该远端计时内。 2. **按缓存路径隔离控制器。** 当前全局单例共用本地延迟窗口，拥塞盘可能导致健康盘也走远端，健康盘的大量快读也可能掩盖拥塞。建议每个 `BlockFileCache` 独立持有控制器，无需额外识别物理磁盘。 3. **用受限真实探测重新评估未选路径。** 若本地历史全为 20ms、远端为 1ms，反复填入本地最小值仍是 20ms，即使本地已恢复也无法发现。PR 已明确记录这个限制；建议用少量真实请求探测另一条路径，限制频率和并发即可，首版不必引入复杂退避或调度。 建议对应验证：混合大小请求、两条缓存路径一忙一闲，以及没有历史快样本时的恢复。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
