### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: N/A
Problem Summary:
IFNULL rebuilds its result row by row when its first argument is a nullable
column, even if the current batch contains no NULLs. This causes unnecessary
allocations and string copies.
Inspect the null-map state and reuse the first argument for batches without
NULLs, preserving the result type's nullable wrapper. Keep the existing
all-NULL and mixed-NULL paths.
### Release note
Improve IFNULL performance for nullable input batches without NULLs.

The same modified source was built and tested on an ARM Release
environment. All 25 SQL checks matched before and after the change, covering
all-NULL, no-NULL and mixed batches, nullable/nonnullable results, numeric and
string inputs, empty input, and shared input columns. The target checkout was
not rebuilt; full BE UT and regression suites were not run. clang-format 16,
build hygiene, and git diff --check passed locally.
