### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: None
Related PR: #47303, #51497
Problem Summary: The TPC-DS SF1 UNIQUE and UNIQUE CK spill q24 suites
retained a birth-country equality predicate after the ordinary q24 queries
switched to inequality. Their expected nonempty rows also came from an older
query without the current-address join. With the current join and SF1 data,
those stale expectations cause false regression failures. Align the four spill
queries with the ordinary q24 SQL and regenerate their expected outputs.
### Release note
None

`./build-support/check-format.sh` and `git diff --check origin/master...HEAD`
