Issue Number: close #xxx
Formerly if we wanna do some http action in Doris's regression framework, we
should write one String containing all the http parameters then ask the
framework to execute such action just like the following code sample.
```groovy
StringBuilder showConfigCommand = new StringBuilder();
showConfigCommand.append("curl -X GET http://";)
showConfigCommand.append(backendId_to_backendIP.get(backend_id))
showConfigCommand.append(":")
showConfigCommand.append(backendId_to_backendHttpPort.get(backend_id))
showConfigCommand.append("/api/show_config")
logger.info(showConfigCommand.toString())
def process = showConfigCommand.toString().execute()
```
With this pr, we can implement such functionality using httpTest and one
customized closure
