pcm.4: Clean up .Nm and MLINKS situation.
There is neither a "snd" kernel option nor a "snd.ko" module, so remove
"snd" from both .Nm and MLINKS.
While here, document that the corresponding module for the "pcm" kernel
option is "sound.ko".
