sbin/hammer: Add additional info to "BO"
- Make hammer show command print additional 3 characters after "BO"
based on error type.
- Happened to see following "BO" while running a test script to
observe btree growth but there are 9 cases that cause "BO" (EDOM).
It needs additional info to tell what caused "BO".
