sbin/hammer: Minor cleanup for hammer recover
The reason for moving "info.pfs_id = dict->pfs_id;" is because
PT_FIGURE only requires strlen of "PFS%05d" (max 65535), and
dict->pfs_id never changes during path lookup by design.
