kernel - Support FreeBSD style loader.conf hints for resources
* DragonFly uses <device><unit>.<resname>.
* Also support FreeBSD hints which use hint.<device>.<unit>.<resname>.
* Makes it easier for users coming from FreeBSD to bring in sound quirks
and such.
