Partly revert "uefi.8: Extend SEE ALSO and fix HISTORY."
This partly reverts commit 2bd356f2144fabf57cc538aa4ebb0a70c1baacc9.
UEFI boot support as such was indeed added in 4.5. 4.7 only added
support to the installer.
