Bump __DragonFly_version
There have been several signficant changes recently, including the
relocation of the signal trampline, a new KERN_PROC_SIGTRAMP sysctl,
the implementation of the NX (no-execute) pmap bit and the
machdep.pmap_nx_enable TUNABLE.
