sys/vfs/msdosfs: Remove seemingly unneeded mbnambuf code
originally from 3435d5778808adf9c89a4f9f0e34010b4dc8888f in 2009.
Sync with what FreeBSD does.
Also sync minor styles with FreeBSD.
