tmpfs - Make tmpfs_move_pages() more robust
* Make tmpfs_move_pages() more robust by re-checking the page
queue in the scan loop and waiting for any paging-in-progress
to complete.
* Possibly fixes or improves a race that could cause corruption
in tmpfs files.
