    Add CodeQL analysis workflow configuration
    
    This workflow file sets up CodeQL analysis for the repository, defining 
triggers for push and pull request events on the main branch, as well as a 
scheduled analysis. It includes a matrix for different programming languages 
and their respective build modes.
