This reverts commit 9459722ebf6565d7161edab671d91588ff2c6e1b.
Reverts the change to use canonical hostname instead of ip by default.
This change caused an issue with docker images, and requires the parameter
DRUID_SET_HOST_IP=1 to be set to maintain previous behavior, which is backward
incompatible.
