Could you please call out the dependency on
https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/17545 in the description?
I also think that it is important to turn off this feature flag prior to
downgrades. (because it is potentially dangerous when the Coordinator is
downgraded to Druid version <= 31.0.1 and the Overlord is still on version >=
33.x.y with this config turned on for a brief period.)
