### Changes
- Reduce supervisor start delay and supervisor run period to reduce per test
run time from ~12s to ~1.5s
- Run tests for centralized datasource schema configurations as well
- Remove `ITKafkaDataFormatsTest`
### Follow up work
- Add utility builder for `KafkaSupervisor` so that all embedded tests can
benefit from the ideal set of configs
- Migrate `ITKinesisDataFormatTest`
