leventov opened a new issue #7202: DruidCoordinatorBalancer may move overshadowed segments URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/issues/7202 I don't see why `DruidCoordinatorBalancer` shouldn't exclude overshadowed segments from consideration as well as `DruidCoordinatorRuleRunner` does. This issue is similar to #7159.
