Make some polish and and fix some bugs in the supervisor view.
Changes:
- Renamed "Aggregate lag" column → "Details" (id details, widened
200→250). It still shows aggregate lag for kafka/kinesis/rabbit supervisors,
returns null otherwise.
- Added rabbit to supervisor type handling.
- Configured tasks cell refactored from early-return to if/else
(functionally equivalent).
- Added explicit id to "Recent errors" column (now that two columns share
accessor: 'supervisor_id', an explicit id is needed to avoid a bug when one is
resized).
- New "Create" button (Popover + Menu) in the toolbar containing "Submit
JSON supervisor"; the menu item was removed from the bulk-actions menu.
