Flaky Consul embedded docker tests fail during service announce with
NoHttpResponseException
The druid-embedded-tests docker CI job intermittently fails in Consul
discovery tests during embedded cluster startup. The failure happens when
CliEventCollector announces itself to
Consul and the Consul HTTP API briefly returns no response.
Observed log:
NoHttpResponseException caught when processing request to
http://localhost:<mappedPort>
ConsulDruidNodeAnnouncer - Exception during announce for
DiscoveryDruidNode[eventCollector]
CliEventCollector - Error when starting up. Failing.
