Updated this PR to Jetty 12.1.11 after compatibility review. Jetty 12.1.11 fixes the ZipFileSystem memory regression present between 12.1.8 and 12.1.10 (jetty/jetty.project#15228), and Druid uses the affected ResourceFactory classloader-resource path.
