Closed as a duplicate of #19757. This PR updates the shared Jetty version to 12.1.10 but omits the matching license inventory; Jetty 12.1.11 also fixes the ZipFileSystem memory regression affecting 12.1.8 through 12.1.10. #19757 now carries the coherent 12.1.11 upgrade. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
