Closed as superseded by #19763. Thrift 0.14 introduces the same checked `TTransportException` constructor change as 0.23, while also overriding the newly aligned 0.23 dependency with a lower version. #19763 contains the coherent 0.23 upgrade and compatibility fix. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
