jon-wei edited a comment on issue #7241: document query downtime behavior of upgrading overlords in 0.14 URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/pull/7241#issuecomment-473129617 Thanks for looking into this, I've added the following section to the release notes: > Due to the issue described in #6958, existing Kafka indexing tasks can be terminated unnecessarily during a rolling upgrade of the Overlord. The terminated tasks will be restarted by the Overlord and will function correctly after the initial restart. Re: updating the docs, since this issue will be fixed by the next release, I think having the note in the release notes is enough.
