Review Comment:
   Implemented in commit 2637c0dd0c. Added aggregate waits for VSF_READ_BYTES 
(sum >= 1) and VSF_READ_TIME (at least one emitted event) before reading their 
cumulative totals. This preserves the existing > 0 and >= 0 assertions and 
avoids sleeps or weakened thresholds. Validation passed: Docker-backed 
QueryVirtualStorageTest#testQueryPartials (1 test, 0 failures/errors/skips; 
full reactor BUILD SUCCESS), plus Maven Checkstyle (0 violations) and SpotBugs 
(0 bugs/errors). The change is pushed to this PR branch.
