### Description The Docker image build downloads `bash-static` from a GitHub release with a single `wget` attempt. A temporary connection reset therefore fails the entire Docker test job. For example, [this Docker test job](https://github.com/apache/druid/actions/runs/35176848274/job/105060323072) failed while following the GitHub release redirect: ```text wget: error getting response: Connection reset by peer ``` This change installs `curl` in the intermediate Alpine stage and downloads `bash-static` with redirect handling, HTTP error detection, and three retries separated by five seconds. Persistent failures still fail the image build. The final Druid image is unchanged because `curl` remains confined to the intermediate stage. #### Release note None.
