Good catch, thanks. Rather than swapping in another uploader, the Codecov
upload is removed entirely in dbf056f322. Only the web console was uploading,
and PR comments and commit statuses were already turned off in `.codecov.yml`,
so nothing consumed the reports. Web console tests still run with coverage in
CI. `.codecov.yml` and the README coverage badge are removed too.
