Race between e2e specs: `auto-compaction.spec.ts` runs just before this spec
and leaves its compaction config active, so a compaction task can still hold
one of the two task slots. The MSQ query asks for 2 tasks, so the workbench
shows the `CapacityAlert` dialog ("current usage: 1 of 2 … Run it anyway").
`WorkbenchOverview.runQuery` never confirms that dialog and then waits 240 s
for `div.result-table-pane`. The error screenshots from both failures show this
dialog. Both failures ran concurrently on 0387ffa902 and 017c18ab6d; neither
commit touches the web console, and the next master commit (e16bbf8bdc) passed.
An older report of the same symptom is #13115.

In `web-console/e2e-tests/component/workbench/overview.ts`, click `Run it
anyway` in `runQuery` when the capacity alert appears. Alternatively, have
`auto-compaction.spec.ts` delete its compaction config and wait for running
tasks to finish before it exits.
