Changes:
1) In SimpleQueryableIndex and PartialQueryableIndex, intern the layout
of column name -> ColumnHolder maps, so the per-segment data structures
can be replaced with arrays.
2) Intern ColumnCapabilities and ColumnFormat created by ColumnBuilder.
3) In SmooshedFileMapper, replace the internalFiles Map with a sorted
keys array and a values array.
4) In SegmentFileMetadata, replace the files Map with
SegmentInternalFileMap, which stores sorted names alongside arrays of
containers, offsets, and sizes. Also intern columnDescriptors and
columnFiles as sorted immutable maps.
5) Intern ColumnDescriptors in SegmentFileMetadataReader.
6) In PartialSegmentFileMapperV10, use positions in
SegmentInternalFileMap instead of a separate sorted file name list and
name-to-index map. The persisted download bitmap layout is unchanged.
7) In NullColumnPartSerde, create the null column when reading instead
of holding one per instance. In ComplexColumnPartSerde, look up the
ComplexMetricSerde when reading instead of holding it.
8) Use empty immutable collections for segments without projections or
cluster groups.
9) Share one ColumnHolder among the null-only columns of a segment that
have equal descriptors. This applies to V10 segments, and to V9
segments that are not loaded lazily.
